ClippedVB (“the app”) is a volleyball instant-replay camera that lets you record footage, save clips, and optionally upload them to your team’s shared library. This policy explains what we collect and why.
Solely to provide the app’s functionality: authenticating you, storing the clips you upload, and showing them to you and the authorized organizers of your club. We do not sell your data, use it for advertising, or track you across other apps or websites.
Account records are held in our application database, and uploaded video is stored in Cloudflare R2 object storage. Data is transmitted over encrypted HTTPS.
Clips you upload are visible to you and to the administrators/organizers of the club they are attributed to. We do not share your personal information with any other third parties except the infrastructure providers (hosting and object storage) that operate the service on our behalf.
You can permanently delete your account at any time from within the app (Profile → Delete Account). Deleting your account immediately removes your account record, your sign-in tokens, and every clip you uploaded. This action cannot be undone.
ClippedVB is intended for coaches, players, and parents managing team footage and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
